Anna is a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist who works with adolescents, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, women's health challenges, caregiving, and chronic pain. She supports individuals who may be feeling stuck, lost, overwhelmed, or unseen, and believes therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and begin reconnecting with oneself. Anna offers a warm, open environment where all parts of a person are welcome. Together, clients can explore what has been weighing on them, build internal trust and stability, strengthen relationships, rediscover their strengths, and move toward living in a way that feels authentic and aligned with who they are.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, blending psychodynamic therapy, part work, mindfulness, ACT, relational, somatic, and solution-focused strategies.

Please feel free to reach out with any questions, we are happy to work with you. My rate is $200 for individual sessions and $225 for couples sessions, however we provide a steep sliding scale based on need and availability. I do not accept insurance. However, I'm happy to help you understand your out-of-network benefits and can provide a superbill for reimbursement.
