Struggling with grief, anxiety, or parenting stress? I help teens, adults, and caregivers process loss, trauma, and emotional overwhelm using Brainspotting, DBT skills, and Internal Family Systems. Whether you're coping with ambiguous grief, relationship pain, or life transitions, I offer a warm, culturally sensitive space to heal and grow. I also provide immigration evaluations and support for car accident trauma. Now accepting new clients in-person and online across Pennsylvania.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy with me is a space to slow things down and really see each other again. It’s a space where we explore how your past experiences, emotional wounds, and unmet needs may be impacting your present connection. We'll work together to strengthen communication, process grief or betrayal, and build a new foundation—one grounded in honesty, safety, and mutual.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My clients often say they finally feel heard—by me, and by each other. They appreciate having a guide who doesn’t take sides, but who holds each person accountable to the kind of relationship they want to create. I’m not here to “fix” you or your relationship. I’m here to help you learn how to show up more fully, honestly, and compassionately for yourselves.
