I earned my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College, which laid the foundation for my diverse clinical skills and compassionate approach. My focus I typically work with and prefer women and female-identifying clients ages 14-75. I am most comfortable treating adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, life transitions, stressors, relationship stressors, OCD, and overall low-level risk diagnoses. My communication style I create a holistic, mindful, jovial, supportive, insightful, and calm environment with a solution-focused approach to help clients achieve goals faster and support any need and step of the journey. I started motivated to help and save children and their families, which grew into the rewarding work of healing adolescents, young adults, and couples, repairing and fostering communication within relationships. I grew up passionate about helping children and families in underserved communities, which remains a tenet of my career. I have grown to specialize in work with women and female-identifying clients to empower women in healing, activating their sense of self, and providing guidance and support that is always needed.
