Are you feeling disconnected from yourself and others? Do you put your needs at the bottom of the to-do list? Do you wonder if life should feel somehow better? Now more than ever, people feel anxious, overwhelmed, and uncertain about managing their relationships, careers, and lives. Pushing away your needs and not taking time for yourself can lead to long-term issues for your mind and body. Life can throw curveballs over which we have no control; this is where having a solid toolkit of coping skills helps-whether grief, trauma, or anxiety tools help us cope. I'm here to support you in your journey. I hold a Master's in Professional Counseling from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, and I offer a custom approach for each of my clients. I start with understanding where you are now and your challenges. I help you put a plan in place to move forward, and we celebrate your successes. I provide an inclusive, safe space with in-person or virtual appointments. Helping people live a better life is my passion. It might mean learning to set boundaries, working through a loss or life transition, or helping you change a pattern of behavior that is keeping you stuck. My goal is to help you feel better so you can live the life you've always dreamed of!
