It is my goal to provide a space where you feel safe, open and respected and you can gain a better understanding about things you are struggling with in life. Whether that be life transitions, relationships, grief, loss, work stressors etc., that may be causing you to feel anxious, depressed, or alone. At each stage in life comes challenges, I aim to help you navigate these with a gentle, personalized and strength-based approach. I have a master’s degree in Social Work from Michigan State University and have been practicing since 2016. I specialize in grief support and education, life transitions, relationship issues, anxiety, and self-esteem and work with individuals 10+. I look forward to learning more about you and working together to help you achieve a better balance in life.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
