She has experience supporting children and adolescents facing behavioral concerns and school avoidance, as well as adults navigating midlife changes, grief, trauma, and later life transitions. Anna also has experience working with members of the LGBTQ+ community, military veterans, first responders, and individuals with autism spectrum disorders. Her therapeutic style is thoughtful, adaptable, and grounded in evidence-based care. Anna incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help patients develop healthier coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and improve daily functioning. She also offers additional therapeutic approaches tailored to each patient’s unique goals and experiences. Outside of her clinical work, Anna enjoys expressing her creativity through acrylic painting and mixed-media art using found objects and other materials. She also loves cooking, experimenting with new recipes, and perfecting longtime favorites. At home, she enjoys spending time with her cats.
