I specialize in working with young adults and adults, particularly those navigating anxiety, grief, identity shifts, relationship challenges, and the emotional impact of immigration or systemic stressors.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My practice is collaborative, grounded, and focused on helping clients reconnect with their strengths and move forward with intention. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to mental health. I’m trained in a range of therapeutic modalities, including ERP, IFS, and DBT, and use an integrative approach to meet you where you are. Together, I trust we’ll find what fits best for your journey.
