As a Licensed Counselor and Art Therapist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Art Therapy and Counseling from Adler University, I take a person-centered approach and utilize motivational interviewing. I believe that each person is the ultimate expert in their own life. As a neurodiversity-affirming therapist, I strongly believe that each person has numerous strengths on which to build, and I do not try to "fix" people. I come alongside clients where they are and empower them to take steps toward thriving. I provide space and support for clients to grow and flourish, even in the midst of difficulty or uncertainty. I am fully licensed in Illinois and Colorado.
