My name is Stacey Gallo, I am a seasoned Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience. I have worked with clients of all ages and diagnoses. Clinically, I believe most personal struggles begin with maladaptive thoughts and feelings. I believe everyone has the ability to change these feelings and learn to facilitate a new thought process to achieve their goals of happiness and fulfillment. My mission as a clinician is to assist my client’s in realizing and accomplishing their short and long term goals. I have a master’s degree, specializing in clinical mental health counseling. My practice includes appropriate assessments to confirm specialized diagnosis. I utilize Cognitive-Behavioral, Trauma Informed , and Person-Centered Therapy approaches with individual clients depending on their needs. I have an extensive history and training in trauma, mental health crisis, and substance use. My background also includes court and criminal justice experience. Due to my professional history, I have a unique perspective to those struggling with crisis and trauma related struggles. My goal as a practitioner is to guide clients to success and whatever that means for them personally through the therapeutic process.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
