Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked with individuals navigating trauma, mental health challenges, and addictions. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), and trained in Solution-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). My professional background includes work in child protection, with children and youth, in drug courts, and with individuals on probation, parole, and voluntary paths to healing. While every client brings a unique story, my goal remains constant: to understand your goals and support you in achieving them. My approach is client-centered and guided by the individual I’m working with. I want to know who you are, what has shaped your life, and how I can help you move toward the person and life you envision. My own journey has taught me the power of healing, the resilience of the human spirit, and the importance of never giving up.
