Anne Hooton has 26 years of experience as a licensed mental health counselor beginning with community mental health at Catholic Charities and then moving on to correctional mental health on both state and county levels. She has been in private practice starting part-time in 2015 and then full-time January 2017. Anne started with Grow Therapy part time in 2023. Her practice involves individuals and couples (married or not), Corrections and Law Enforcement Officers and their families, Active Duty (and Retired) Military and their dependents, teens/tweens, and a variety of LGBTQ+ issues. She is a Pensacola native and her family has lived in this city for generations but has lived along the East Coast, traveling with her family as a kid and young adult.

In treatment, Anne utilizes her education and years of experience to develop a plan specific to you and your needs to live a content and mentally healthy way of life. Anne will assist you to develop good coping skills, positive comfort zones, increased self-worth, anger management skills, and relaxation techniques. You will work together to create a balanced healthy life able to cope with every day challenges.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge.
