I'm Anne (she/her), and I help adults just like you-those who have it within them to find peace with their mind and body (and sometimes even food), but just need the support to get there. I help my clients reconnect with their emotions and bodies by equipping them with the tools they need to practice self-love and emotional self-regulation. Many of today's solutions for disordered eating are still stained with diet talk and fat phobia, leaving so many feeling misunderstood and judged. I know your body, mind, and circumstances are unique, so every step is tailored to your needs. Don't like to journal? No problem! Want some homework? Sure! I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University, and my training in disordered eating and emotional regulation means I have the expertise you need and deserve when healing your relationship with food and your body. But at the end of the day, you want to know you're working with someone who ?gets? what it means to be an adult struggling with binge eating, right? I get it because I have lived it myself. I know that binge eating and depression often feed off each other. I know the devastating role of people-pleasing and perfectionism. I know how discouraging it is to navigate a society with so many mixed messages about health and beauty. So when we work together, you won't just get a trained therapist-you'll get someone who truly understands what you're going through.

Initial session: $160 for 60 minutes

Ongoing session: $140 for 50 minutes

Sliding scale: Offers lower out-of-pocket fees on an individual basis, typically based on your ability to pay
Files your insurance claim: You pay the session fee upfront and the provider files the claim for you, so you can get reimbursed directly without worrying about the paperwork
Charges post-reimbursement amount: This provider will only charge you for the amount you pay after you get reimbursed from your insurance plan, so you don’t need to pay the session fee upfront

Im in network with Premera, Blue Cross Blue Shield (not Régence though) and Lifewise. For all other insurances, Im considered out of network. Most of my client chose not to involve their insurance for the following reasons: You won't have a diagnosis label attached to your health records. Your confidentiality will be to the highest degree since no one else can access your records. Your care is not imposed by your insurance policy but by our collaborative efforts.
