“I cannot message Ms Lepard. My appointment scheduled for this morning was supposed to have happened yesterday, October 9, at 11:00 am because I will not be home at that time this morning. It’s frustrating to maneuver this whole site because I cannot find out how to effectively contact Ms Lepard to remind her that we changed the appointment to yesterday!”

Getting to know Anne Louise Lepard

Hello potential client! You are hurting in some way if you are here reading this. Maybe you feel like you are getting more and more stressed out and just one more stressor would be too much for you to handle. Maybe you worry all the time about everything and can't stop. Maybe you are sad all the time and don't enjoy doing things that used to be fun. Maybe you are feeling helpless or hopeless about what to do. Maybe you have been through a traumatic experience or are grieving. Maybe you are thinking the way you have been using substances is causing you problems. You have tried your best to help yourself but nothing has worked the way you hoped it would. You don't know what to do but you do know you can't keep going the way you have been. This is where I come in! I help people who are ready to change for the better! My heart is for helping hurting people, and I strive to treat all of my clients with the compassion and respect I believe they deserve. The most important part of positive change in a therapeutic relationship depends on just that—the relationship between the therapist and the client. I also use a variety of resources to help my clients. These include evidence-based types of therapy, worksheets, and measurements. I offer Christian counseling to those who are interested and am also happy to work with people of other spiritual beliefs. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Western Michigan University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively. I offer free consultation calls so we can both decide if working together would be a good fit for both of us. I look forward to hearing from you if I sound like I would be your kind of therapist!

What should a new client know about working with you?

During our first session we will start to get to know each other and will start building your treatment plan. Your treatment plan will be our roadmap as it will have the goals and objectives we want to accomplish as we are working together. After each session, I want my clients to feel that they have been heard and understood. I want my clients to feel that they have just spent time with someone who cares for them.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
