I obtained my undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin and then graduated from St. Edward's University in Austin, TX, with a Master of Arts in Counseling. My journey in mental health has been deeply fulfilling, and I am passionate about supporting individuals, families, and groups through their unique challenges. I believe in a multi-disciplinary approach to therapy, which allows me to tailor my methods to best fit each client's needs. I lean towards cognitive behavioral and solution-focused models, as I find these approaches effective in fostering meaningful change and empowering clients to take control of their lives. My specialties include adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, family relationships, grief and bereavement, learning disorders, medical issues, stress, and more. Additionally, I provide perinatal support for pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum concerns, as well as medication evaluation and support for multicultural and diversity issues.

On a personal note, I enjoy practicing yoga and spending quality time with my family, which includes my husband and our two young children. These activities help me stay grounded and bring a sense of balance to my life, which I believe is essential for providing the best care to my clients.
