I have a Bachelor of Arts in Family and Child Studies and a Master of Arts in Counseling, both from Montclair State University. I have been working as a mental health clinician since 2020. Prior to this, I spent seven years as a high school counselor. I continue to educate myself by attending conferences on various mental health issues and staying current with therapy trends through reading.
Thank you for taking your first step in your therapeutic healing journey with me! I provide a holistic approach to therapy, delivered in a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental manner.
Therapy is not one size fits all, so I prefer to use an eclectic approach. Some therapeutic methods I use include, but are not limited to, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, narrative therapy, and motivational interviewing.
In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, going to concerts, scrapbooking, and being in the great outdoors!
