I view my work with you as a helping hand to learn and develop skills to work through whatever challenges you are experiencing. We will work together to help you overcome your life challenges. I graduated from Boston University with a Masters Degree in Social Worker. My practice has focused on working with adults who are experiencing difficulties managing life transitions, depression, and anxiety. I use a wide variety of techniques to help my clients through whatever they are experiencing. I use a wide variety of clinical strategies as I believe there is no one strategy that works for everyone. I tailor my work with you based on your life experiences. I have a background in Music Therapy, which I also integrate into my clinical work. I believe in collaboration and open communication during our sessions, we are partners in your journey.
