In 2013, I achieved my goal by earning an M.Ed. in School Counseling and Clinical Mental Health from Lamar University, and I've been working as an LPC for the past five years. My therapeutic approach is rooted in Trauma-Informed Care and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I believe in creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood. My focus is primarily on individuals aged 18 to 40, with a specialty in trauma. I also work with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, and relationship issues, whether they are individual or couples seeking counseling. In our sessions, you can expect a compassionate and collaborative approach. I strive to empower my clients by helping them build resilience and develop effective coping strategies.
