My name is Anne Wells and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in helping individuals navigate anxiety disorders, trauma, and PTSD, using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can work together to build resilience, foster healing, and empower you to take meaningful steps toward a healthier and more fulfilling life. My approach I use trauma-informed care strategies and evidence-based treatment practices to create a safe and supportive environment for healing to support your personal goals in achieving the best version of you. My focus My work with clients has primarily been focused on adults who are affiliated with the military, first-responders, and individuals with a history of trauma. My communication style I strive to create an environment where you feel heard and your needs are prioritized in session. My journey to mental healthcare I have been in this field for 13 years with a goal of serving others.
