Annel is amazing. I’ve been seeing her for almost a year now, and she’s truly the best therapist I’ve ever had. She has such a kind, thoughtful way of delivering insights that really help you see situations from a new perspective and rethink things in a healthier way. The visit went very well. Ms. Gomez took the time to listen & help me in areas that I struggle with alot. She touched in some techniques that I an use when it comes to my panic attacks, which is very important to me. I also have a very hard time opening up & she made me feel safe & welcomed not rushed & unimportant.
