Formal meditation, self love, and visual arts practices has played a crucial role in my personal and spiritual growth as a practitioner. After earning my M.A. in Psychology with a focus on Art Therapy, I applied my passion in school and residential settings, working with individuals from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, and educational backgrounds.
