Getting to know Annette Morales-Tymczak
As a therapist, my approach is person-centered and collaborative, focused on helping clients set meaningful goals and navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and resilience. I work with individuals experiencing a wide range of concerns, including adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, mood disorders, and borderline personality disorder.
I also work with children and am bilingual in English and Spanish, which allows me to support a broader range of clients in the language they feel most comfortable. Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, I strive to create a space for healing, growth, and long-term well-being.

Annette Morales-Tymczak was lovely! she made. me feel comfortable the whole time I talked with her and seemed to really want to listen to my issues and help me, even putting me in contact with a prescriber as well. I look forward to working with her in the future. Office also had a pretty good Keurig selection ;)
