Ann Rowe lived in the Pacific Northwest for 15 years enjoying family, hiking, beaches, and nature’s beauty. She and her husband moved to Florida in 2021 where they enjoy the year-round outdoor recreation; kayaking, biking, and pickleball. She enjoys reading, acrylic painting, being physically active, and exploring new places. She received her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology in 2005 from Prescott College in Arizona. She is licensed as a Mental Health Counselor in Washington and Florida. She is trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She has been a meditation practitioner for over 20 years and received her instructor certificate in Cultivating Emotional Balance (CEB) after attending a five-week training in Spain. Ann feels privileged to have assisted individuals for the past 18 years through individual therapy. Her approach is to create a safe and confidential place where individuals can share their difficulties, and develop skills and a path to finding happiness, meaning, and purpose.
