Getting to know Annette Sasaki
We have all felt lost at times and feel we cannot find our way. But I want you to know you are not alone on this journey. I am an empathetic, spiritual therapist with 18 years experience working with clients ranging from children, teens to adults. I can help guide you to find the happiness you deserve. We will work together at your own pace and when you work with me, I will empower you to accomplish your goals one step at a time.
I work with pre-teens, adolescents and adults. I have an eclectic spiritual approach and work with low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, eating disorders, anger management and coping with chronic illness.
I use spirituality as my foundation. But I have also been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy/Thought Restructuring, trauma counseling, relaxation/mindfulness and the Emotional Freedom Technique (E.F.T.)/Tapping. But I also use my life experiences as a way to help others too.
