Getting to know Annjeanette Hubbard
As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri, I create a safe, welcoming space where you can be completely yourself—free from judgment and pressure. I meet you exactly where you are and work alongside you to chart the path to where you want to be. Using an eclectic, client-centered approach, I draw from EMDR, CBT, art therapy, and other evidence-based techniques to tailor each session to your goals, interests, and unique personality.
I believe therapy works best when it feels real and collaborative. Together we’ll build mutual trust and respect as we reduce symptoms, develop practical skills, and explore new ways to grow. Whether we’re using art to unlock creativity, baking metaphors to spark ideas, or simply talking while keeping our hands busy, our time will fit who you are—not a one-size-fits-all plan.
Outside the office, I’m a country girl at heart who loves gardening, camping, fishing, and spending time with my three dogs (a combined 200 pounds of furry fun!) and two cats. These passions often inspire fresh, down-to-earth perspectives in my sessions. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to take an active role in shaping your wellness journey.
