I have worked in the mental health field for over 10 years. I specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, dual diagnosis, nature therapy, mood disorders, and gender/sexuality disorders. My approach is holistic and helps you focus on using your brain-body connection for healing. My interests include hiking, backpacking in nature, yoga, traveling, painting, and spending time with my family.
