My expertise is informed by my work supporting individuals living with HIV/AIDS and my experience providing care for those facing end-of-life situations in hospice and palliative care.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work collaboratively with the client. Each client has their own story, and I individualize my approach with each one. I am not here to solve your problems but empower you to see you have the tools to better your life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We will discuss and work together on the things that are most important to you. You are the driver and center of our sessions.
