I help clients struggling with anger, aggressive behaviors, drug addiction, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief and loss, trauma, school stress, and many other adjustment-related struggles. Over the past 10 years, I have worked with all ages in the community, outpatient, inpatient, and residential treatment settings. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to teach coping skills to process thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. During sessions, I will teach grounding and focus exercises.
