I am a Licensed Associate Clinical Social Worker with 5+ years of experience in mental health. I hold a Master's degree in Social Work and an undergraduate degree in Sociology from California State University Bakersfield. My experience includes working in inpatient mental health, community mental health, and community corrections settings. I specialize in CBT, DBT, and SFT. I have successfully assisted individuals with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, and trauma. In my spare time, I enjoy running, cooking, tinkering with computers, and spending time outdoors with my family. I take a person-centered, humanistic approach and believe that each individual is the master of their own journey towards fulfillment and meaning in life.
