Reaching out for support and finding the right clinician can feel overwhelming, and I commend you for taking this important step. My goal as a clinician is to work collaboratively with you to identify your mental health and overall wellness goals, and to support you in developing practical, meaningful strategies to move forward. I believe therapy is most effective when it is personalized, strengths-based, and grounded in a clear understanding of each individual’s unique experiences, challenges, and supports. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania with 29 years of experience across outpatient, inpatient, crisis, and hospital-based settings. Throughout my career, I have worked with adults experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, substance use, and co-occurring conditions. In addition to direct clinical work, I have held leadership and supervisory roles, providing clinical supervision to therapists pursuing licensure and overseeing program development and quality assurance initiatives.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, practical, and supportive. I draw from evidence-based practices and tailor treatment to best meet each client’s needs, helping clients build insight, develop coping skills, and strengthen their ability to navigate life’s challenges. I also recognize that mental health is closely connected to other areas of life, and when appropriate, I assist clients in identifying and accessing community resources and additional supports to promote overall wellbeing.
