Psychotherapist
OR
Welcome. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with 13 years of experience working alongside individuals as they build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and move toward meaningful change. My practice is fully telehealth-based, serving clients in both Texas and Oregon. My approach My counseling style is grounded in evidence-based practices that support meaningful and sustainable change. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while Person-Centered principles guide me in creating a compassionate, non-judgmental space. My focus I work with individual adults who are seeking support as they navigate some of life’s most difficult moments. Many of my clients come to therapy to address challenges such as addiction, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, trauma, and other significant stressors that can feel overwhelming to manage alone. My communication style I approach each person with empathy, respect, and a deep belief in their capacity for growth. No matter what you’re facing, you’ll find a space here that is free of judgment and centered on understanding your experiences, strengthening your resilience, and helping you move toward the life you want to build. My journey to mental healthcare I come from humble beginnings, and much of my early life was shaped by being the person others naturally turned to when they were struggling. Over time, I realized that my ability to listen deeply, offer steady support, and hold space for people in their hardest moments wasn’t just part of my personality — it was pointing me toward my calling. My goals for you I work collaboratively with you to identify what matters most and to create a clear, achievable path forward. Together, we break goals into manageable steps, build on your strengths, and use evidence-based strategies to support meaningful progress.
