I am a native of Washington, DC, and growing up was no fairy tale. I am no novice to adversity, trauma, and mental health challenges. My less-than-fortunate experiences have led me to community service. My wealth of knowledge and expertise enable me to support those who are struggling on their journey. I'm direct in my approach to therapy because hearing the truth will set you free. What you do with the truth is totally up to you. My job is to help you reach a resolution and achieve mental stability. You are the expert about you and it is important that you are willing to be truthful and transparent about your situation. We will work together to help empower you to navigate through life, create solutions, and help you get to a healthy State of Mind.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
