Welcome to Grow Therapy. My name is Anthony Kesner, though I prefer “Tony” when connecting with others. I'm a seasoned therapist with over 30 years of experience providing care across diverse settings and working with individuals from all walks of life.
My extensive background includes being a provider of therapy services in Employee Assistance Programs, private practice for couples and family therapy, as well as forensics. I also have extensive training in multiple evidence-based therapeutic approaches, which I use flexibly and effectively so you can reach your goals in a timely and meaningful way. Whether you are faced with family, career, relationship, or concerns regarding your own behaviors it is important to know that help is available here and now.
If this is your first time seeking therapy, you may be surprised by how quickly problems can lose their power once we begin identifying solutions that restore a sense of control and contentment. If you've had therapy before, you'll find my style casual, on-point, and collaborative, creating a relaxed atmosphere where we identify strategies that truly work for you.
My approach is warm, friendly, non-judgmental, and at times light-hearted-because we're all human, finding our way through life, and everyone deserves support along the journey.

What should a new client know about working with you?
I understand that each of us are our own unique person that has had many experiences in the varying contexts of our life that influence who we are and where we are in our present life. It is always an honor to be allowed into another’s life to partner for a brief time with the goal of identifying solutions and providing guidance that brings about desired changes that will enhance one’s quality of life.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
