On this journey of life we are thrown endless change. Finding stability and a way through can be difficult alone. I am here to offer assistance in determining for yourself what this all means, how our experiences shape our present, and how to cope with what may lie ahead.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work within a Trauma informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) model with the Humanistic understanding that we do not exist in a vacuum. Our, often uncontrollable, environments play a significant part in our mental health. I believe you are the expert on your life. I want to hear what you have tried and honest feedback as far as solutions go. My style is tends toward authenticity and groundedness as opposed to overly intellectual.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer a free consultation session to get to know each other if we are a good fit. From there we can determine together goals and best paths forward. Additionally, as a trained art therapist, we can incorporate the visual or sensory to expand out on ideas that words may limit. However this is not a requirement in any or all of our sessions if you change your mind.
