Welcome, and thanks for reaching out. I know that the first step toward recovery is not easy. I focus on a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, past trauma, and life transitions. I take a strength-based, collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring each session to your unique needs. Please reach out when you're ready. I'm here to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can contemplate meaningful action in your life.
My approach
I tailor my approach to your treatment needs. I may use CBT to address thought processes or integrate narrative therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help us focus on exceptions and latent strengths. Together, it is a collaborative process we agree upon.
