As a mental health professional, she chooses to view the individual as the expert of their life, using this approach to assist in developing an individualized path toward optimal and holistic wellness. She is deeply invested in the mental wellness of others and desires to uplift her community and beyond by breaking the stigma of seeking mental health services through quality and authentic care, access, education, and visibility. In her free time, Antonia can be found serving at church, listening to live music, or relaxing at a coffee shop with a good book!
