I have worked extensively with clients surrounding anxiety, depression, attachment, matters related to self-esteem, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is strength-based, viewing my clients as the experts in their own lives. I utilize CBT techniques for skill building and DBT for support in managing emotions. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco. In addition to direct client work, my professional experience includes serving as the Clinical Supervisor at North Marin Community Services, Director of Operations at the Masonic Center for Youth & Families, and Associate Director at the Youth Service Bureaus of the YMCA. These roles involved providing counseling and other supportive services to individual adult, child, and family clients.
