What should a new client know about working with you?

Do you ever feel as though you are not being your best self or that you want more from life? You may have spent so much time investing in others that your own dreams, needs, and well-being were placed on hold. My approach goes beyond one-size-fits-all therapy. I think creatively and work with you to identify what fits your needs, strengths, and goals. My style is warm, open-minded, empowering, and free of judgment. I will listen to your concerns, help you recognize patterns that may be holding you back, and encourage you to begin putting yourself and your wellness first. Therapy is a partnership. I will support you, challenge you when appropriate, and help you develop practical tools for becoming the best version of yourself.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our work begins with a conversation about what brings you to therapy, the concerns affecting your life, and what you hope to change or accomplish. I will listen carefully, ask questions, and work with you to identify your strengths, needs, and personal goals. Because no single approach works for everyone, sessions are tailored to you. I may use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and creative interventions to help you explore patterns, improve your mood, strengthen coping skills, and make meaningful changes. Throughout therapy, we will review your progress and adjust our approach when needed. My goal is to create a supportive partnership while also encouraging you to move beyond the obstacles that have kept you from prioritizing yourself and your well-being.
