Together, we will work to meet your individual goals by utilizing techniques and strategies that are specific to your needs. The therapeutic approach I utilize is cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), which is a talk therapy that addresses unhealthy thinking patterns and uses techniques to improve your overall quality of life. Based on your needs, I may also utilize other approaches such as mindfulness and solution-focused therapy. Overall, the most important objective is for me to help people work on their identified goals with the support needed. My focus If it seems difficult to manage those life stressors or it appears that you are a person who just can not express emotions that appear to be stuck inside, let's work together to address those issues. I work with adolescents and adults who are learning to appropriately manage their stressors. People who are learning that it is okay to express how they feel and not hold it all inside. If you are working to create healthy boundaries, learning communication skills, dealing with past trauma, or learning to love yourself, together we can work to develop a plan that helps you feel supported and empowered. My communication style My method includes providing a safe space where you can openly communicate and feel heard. I practice listening without judgment.
