What should a new client know about working with you?

Many people come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, whether within themselves or in their relationships. You may be struggling with communication, emotional distance, trust, anxiety, or life transitions. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and respected. I work with both individuals and couples, and my approach is warm, collaborative, and relational. For individuals, I help you gain insight, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop practical tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence. For couples, I help both partners better understand each other, improve communication, and rebuild emotional connection in a way that feels balanced and supportive. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe, understood, and empowered, and I work alongside you to help you move toward lasting growth and healthier relationships.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our work begins with understanding what brings you to therapy and what you hope will improve. I take time to learn about your experiences, patterns, strengths, and goals so we can create a clear, personalized path forward. For individuals, we focus on building insight, developing coping skills, and helping you feel more grounded and confident in managing emotions and life stressors. For couples, I help identify patterns in communication and emotional responses, and I guide you in developing healthier ways to connect, resolve conflict, and rebuild trust. Throughout the process, therapy is collaborative and paced to your needs. I provide both emotional support and practical tools so you can experience meaningful, lasting change both within yourself and in your relationships.
