Integrative and innovative measures is my approach to help you meet your treatment goals. Not all wounds are visible and I am ready to partner with you to go on this journey. I have been working with adults and children in a mental health setting for 15 years. I am married with two kids and they all keep me energized. When utilizing different types of therapeutic practices I believe it is best to utilize different strategies that tailor to the person I am working with. I can utilize Motivational Interviewing; Person Centered Therapy; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; etc. I am looking forward to working with you.

Most relevant

I think Dr. April will be great for someone with less deeply rooted issues than the ones I face. Unfortunately I have a lot to unpack and don't feel like this is the space for me to do so.
