All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. I believe therapy is about helping a client change and achieve their goals. I provide assistance with developing strategies, techniques, and coping skills that clients can use to address their problems and concerns. I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University, which informs my approach to supporting clients in their growth and healing.

If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
