Psychotherapist
GA
Whether you are managing anxiety, processing trauma, or seeking tools to navigate stress and life challenges, therapy can be a space for restoration and meaningful change. Seeing real change, no matter how large or small is important. With a solutions focus, and a plan in mind, I believe we can reach solutions together. I work with individuals who are navigating complex trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, depression, couples/family issues, ADHD, Narcissistic/Toxic recovery, pre-marital/marital and career/work problems. Many clients feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Therapy provides a space to slow down, process what you’ve experienced, and develop healthier ways to cope and move forward. The journey to the other side, starts today. I'll walk with you. I specialize in helping clients understand how trauma, anxiety, stress and other issues impact thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while building practical skills for emotional regulation, resilience, and personal growth. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard & respected.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
