While my main theoretical framework is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I find that a multimodal approach works best because it allows for treatment to be flexible to a person’s needs and stages of progress. I received my BA in Psychology and my MA in Counseling Psychology from the University of Houston-Victoria. I have 11 years of experience providing counseling to people of all ages, backgrounds, religions, and ethnicities. I am a wife, a mother, and a Christian who views inclusion and equity of the utmost importance. I work to ensure a safe and non-judgmental space where people can feel unconditionally accepted and supported.
