I earned my Master's in Social Work from California State University, Sacramento. I specialize in working with mothers, women, and older adults. I find fulfillment in assisting those grappling with life-stage changes such as parenting, childrearing, career change, aging, and loss, as well as mental health issues including anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. My approach My therapy approach varies based on each client's needs. I most often use Holistic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as these help build a shared understanding of their unique situation and relationships, set goals, and progress on the journey of wellness and wholeness. We are mental, physical, and spiritual beings, and I hope to work with you to bring unity to all your parts. My focus I have found my style fits mothers, women, older adults, and those facing life phase shifts. During stressful times, one may feel depressed, anxious, or unlike themselves. I help clients navigate these shifts, build skills, and modify perceptions to adapt, make change, and cultivate peace and security.
