Psychotherapist
WI
I’m a licensed therapist dedicated to supporting individuals across the lifespan. Whether you're a parent seeking help for your child, a teen navigating identity and stress, or an adult facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions, I’m here to help. My approach My approach is client-centered and collaborative, blending evidence-based practices with creativity and compassion. I use play therapy and expressive techniques with younger clients, and talk therapy, CBT, and mindfulness with teens and adults. My goal is to create a safe, affirming space where every person feels seen, heard, and empowered to grow. My focus I serve individuals across the lifespan—from young children to adults—who are seeking support, healing, and personal growth. I meet clients where they are developmentally, emotionally, and culturally, creating a safe and affirming space for all. My communication style I prioritize clear, compassionate, and developmentally appropriate communication. Whether working with children, teens, or adults, I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, heard, and respected. My journey to mental healthcare My journey into therapy began with a deep desire to understand people and help them feel less alone. Growing up, I was often the person friends turned to when they needed someone to listen—really listen. That sense of connection, of being trusted with someone’s story, stayed with me. Over time, I realized that healing doesn’t happen in isolation—it happens in relationship. Becoming a therapist felt like a natural extension of who I’ve always been: someone who believes in the power of empathy, resilience, and growth. Today, I’m honored to walk alongside children, teens, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges and rediscover their strength.
