What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe in a holistic, individualized approach that honors each person’s unique experiences and current needs. I draw from evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and exposure and response prevention (ERP). Healing does not require perfection. It requires understanding, compassion, and the willingness to show up honestly. My passion is to offer individuals and families a patient, supportive space where they feel heard and empowered to build the tools needed to thrive. Let's work together to be honest about our mental health and maybe even laugh sometimes.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our process will begin with a diagnostic intake where we will learn about symptoms, collect history, and develop a treatment plan for our work moving forward. Intake and ongoing sessions can be expected to be 45-55 minutes. In therapy, we'll work together to understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck and build tools that support meaningful change. Sessions are collaborative and paced to your needs, blending insight, skill-building, and practical strategies to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and confident in daily life.
