Hello, I'm Apryl, a Clinical Social Worker with a Master's degree and certifications as a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My experience spans both inpatient mental health and outpatient counseling, allowing me to work with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and other mood disorders, and I have a deep understanding of diverse backgrounds and identities. I don't believe we are bound by a diagnosis. Instead, I'm here to help with any issues and challenges that present themselves along the way. My therapy style is laid-back and compassionate. We are a team, and I am here to guide you on your journey, but you are in the driver's seat. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy to assist with the process of growth and evolution of self.
