Hello, I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and I look forward to helping my clients reach their personal goals for well-being. My approach to therapy includes working with each client based on their unique mental health needs. My therapeutic philosophy involves taking small steps towards change by teaching clients skills and strategies to help improve and maintain their mental health. I understand that life can sometimes be hard to deal with and support can make the journey easier. I have over 8 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with Bipolar Disorder, Depression, ADHD, Anxiety, and other disorders. I offer individual, couple, and family sessions. I have experience working with all populations and different settings. I honor the societal challenges faced by the LGBTQ+ community and am ready to help navigate through the unique difficulties that this population encounters. I believe that therapy can provide guidance and support in finding solutions to life’s challenges, and I look forward to working with you!
