Hello, I am excited about therapy and determined to work with you to set and achieve your life, career, family, health, spiritual, relationship, and mental health goals. I have been a therapist for over 3 years and have had the chance to work with a variety of clients and issues. I am a Licensed Professional Therapist who provides telehealth therapy for Texas and Florida. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Dallas Baptist University.
I have had the opportunity to work with children as young as 10 years old to adults into their senior years. I have helped clients using the following modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Clients with social anxiety, gender dysphoria, depression, low motivation, low self-esteem, marital problems, teen issues, and more are welcomed into my therapy room.

What should a new client know about working with you?
Clients can't expect to be treated with respect and dignity. In each session, clients will not only receive a listening ear, but they will also receive genuine empathy and concern for their wellbeing and quality of life. I will work with you to find where your struggles are, identify triggers, increase a sense of self-worth, set achievable goals and much more.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
