My specialties include working with clients dealing with a multitude of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, and addiction. I counsel from a holistic perspective, working with clients in reconnecting the mind, body, and spirit. Although my approach is based in existentialism, I employ a variety of techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy.
